More Destinations, More Flights, and a New Ultra-Luxury Cabin Experience

As summer approaches, Air France is preparing for an ambitious Summer 2025 season, offering flights to nearly 190 destinations across 74 countries. The airline is set to increase capacity by 4% on long-haul routes and 2% on short-haul routes, strengthening its global reach.

Among the key highlights for this summer:


Long-Haul Expansion: New Routes and Increased Frequencies

This summer, Air France will serve 87 long-haul destinations, reinforcing its position as a leading international carrier.

New Routes in 2025

  • Paris (CDG) – Riyadh (Saudi Arabia): Up to 5 weekly flights with an Airbus A350-900, starting May 19, 2025.
  • Paris (CDG) – Orlando (USA): 4 weekly flights with an Airbus A350-900, launching May 21, 2025.

Expanded Service Across Key Markets

North America

  • Paris – New York (JFK): A seventh daily flight added, with La Première available on select flights.
  • Paris – Phoenix: Increased to 5 weekly flights with an Airbus A350-900.
  • Paris – Papeete (via Los Angeles): Now a daily service.
  • Special Cannes Film Festival flights from Los Angeles to Nice (May 12 – May 26, 2025).

South America & the Caribbean

  • South America & the Caribbean
  • Additional flights to Lima, Santiago de Chile, and Rio de Janeiro.
  • Up to 8 weekly flights to Saint Martin.

Africa

  • Paris – Zanzibar – Kilimanjaro: Continued service with up to 3 weekly flights.
  • Paris – Brazzaville: Frequency increases to 10 weekly flights from June 16, 2025.
  • Paris – Nairobi: Now operated with a larger Airbus A350-900 instead of the Boeing 787-9.

Asia

  • Paris – Manila: Service extended into summer with 3 weekly flights on an Airbus A350-900.

A New Era of Luxury Travel: Air France's La Première Suite

Air France is redefining luxury travel with the launch of its new La Première suite, designed for maximum comfort and exclusivity.

Key Features

  • A fully modular suite with a reclining chaise longue and a full flatbed.
  • Five-window space – the largest in any first-class cabin.
  • First routes to feature the new suite:
    • New York-JFK (Spring 2025)
    • Los Angeles, Singapore, and Tokyo-Haneda (Summer 2025)
  • By 2026, La Première will be available on all first-class routes.

Short- and Medium-Haul Growth

This summer, Air France will operate up to 670 daily flights to 96 destinations across France and Europe. The airline is increasing capacity to Italy (+8%) and Spain (+3%), with additional seasonal routes including Mallorca, Ibiza, Rhodes, Heraklion, and Dubrovnik.

Meanwhile, Transavia France, Air France’s low-cost subsidiary, will offer 233 routes across 38 countries, including 26 new routes.
