Navigate the Skies with Premium Travel InsightsDelta Air Lines Expands Lounge Network with New Openings in 2025
Jan 17, 2025Delta Air Lines has announced plans to enhance its lounge network in 2025, with new facilities set to open at key airports in the United States. These expansions aim to provide travelers with additional options for comfort and convenience during their journeys.
This spring, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will welcome a new Delta Sky Club as part of the ongoing renovation of Concourse D. Additionally, Delta has plans to upgrade its existing lounges located in Concourses A and C, further improving the travel experience for passengers at one of the busiest airports in the world.
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) will see two new additions to Delta’s lounge portfolio by the summer. A new Sky Club will be situated near Gate 11 on Concourse A, catering to Sky Club members, while a Delta One lounge will open on the upper level. The Delta One lounge is expected to include an open-air terrace with views of Mount Rainier, providing a distinctive setting for premium travelers.
These developments follow Delta’s lounge expansion efforts in 2024, which included the introduction of its Delta One lounge concept at New York JFK, Los Angeles, and Boston airports. The airline also opened its first Sky Club at Charlotte Douglas International Airport and expanded facilities at Miami and LaGuardia.
With these new openings and upgrades, Delta is addressing the growing demand for enhanced airport amenities. The lounges are designed to offer travelers a space to relax, work, or recharge during layovers, reflecting the evolving needs of modern air travel.
Travelers passing through Atlanta and Seattle in 2025 can look forward to these updated facilities, which will complement Delta’s existing network of lounges across the country.
