On March 26, 2025, Emirates celebrates 25 years of flying to Sydney, highlighting its commitment to connecting Australian travelers with the world. Since its first flight in March 2000, Emirates has carried over nine million passengers to and from Sydney, strengthening its role as a key airline for business and leisure travelers.
Today, Emirates operates three daily, direct flights between Sydney and Dubai, all serviced by the refurbished A380, featuring Premium Economy cabins, First and Business Class , and a world-class onboard experience.

Emirates has continuously expanded its operations in Sydney, offering seamless connections to over 140 global destinations, including:

- Asia-Pacific: Christchurch (via Sydney)

- 2003: Launch of the Dubai-Christchurch route via Sydney, later upgraded to A380 service in 2016.
